Ayodhya : Champat rai, thee Secretary of Shri Ram Janambhoomi Teerth Kshetra told all the land bought for the Ram Temple was at below open market prices which is a fraud in buying land as misleading and politically motivated.
A statement issued by the trust said, that All the land purchased for Ram Temple at a price much less than the open market price. Trust called allegation of misleading and motivated by political hatred.
When The Supreme Court gave his decision on Ram Temple a huge number of people from all over the country started coming to Ayodhya to buy land due to which land value increases in Ayodhya. The place on which newspaper discussion was conducted is a prominent place near railway station, Rai said.
Champat Rai also told that the process of buying and selling of the land are being done on the basis of mutual dialogue and consent.
The secretary said all kind of stamp papers and court fees are being purchased online. The purchase of land is being done with the help of consent letter, after taking consent, the letter is signed and the entire value is transferred online to the seller’s account.
Rai claimed that some political leaders are misleading people. The people concerned are political and they got motivated by political hatred.
What allegations have been levelled against Ram Janambhoomi Trust on corruption in land purchase?
The opposition parties were levelled the allegation of fraud in purchasing land worth at an inflated price for Ram Temple premises. Sanjay Singh (Aam Aadmi Party leader) said on Twitter:”Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari bought land worth Rs 2 crore at 7:10 pm. Champat Rai bought this land from them for Rs 18.5 crores at 7:15 pm.
Tej Narayan Pandey (Samajwadi Party leader) alleged that “The Ram Janambhoomi Trust bought a piece of land in Rs 18.5 crores which had been purchased in Rs 2 crores just 10 minutes before”. He also sought a CBI probe into the matter.
